The starting position is set using a ratchet/pull-pin system. 

Kneepads and double foot positions stabilize the legs 

and reduce torsion to the knee. Weight adjustment is 

easily accessible in a sitting position. 

Handles to the side of the thigh pad which strengthen the hold.
